       Ruth Phelps was reportedly born in 1684.2 She married, 1707, Thomas/4w Carter of Lancaster, MA, son of Rev. Samuel/2 Carter and Eunice/3w Brooks.2,1 They lived at Lancaster, where he died 31 Mar 1738.2 There she died 25 Dec 1739.2
