       Sally A. Thompson was born 1 Oct 1829 at York, ME (g.s.).1 She married, as his 2d wife (int. 18 Nov 1856, Kittery) Chandler/6k Brooks, son of William/5k Brooks and Prudence Hammond.2,3 He died at Kittery 9 Sep 1890.4 There she died 2 May 1908 (g.s.) at age 78.1 They are buried with his 1st wife in Eliot.5

       Dea. Joshua/6k Brooks was born 19 Mar 1814 at Eliot, ME.1,2 He married (1) Ruth L. Varrel.1,2 She died 9 Apr 1852 (g.s.), "37 yrs."2 He married (2) Eliza A. (–?–).1,2 He died 20 Jan 1878 (g.s.) at Portsmouth, NH, at age 63.2 His widow Eliza died 12 Apr 1888, "74 yrs." (g.s.).2 Joshua is buried with both wives and daughter Mary Alice in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Eliot.2

       Hannah H. Tobey/6k Brooks was born 14 May 1824 at Eliot, ME (g.s.).2 There recorded (a. 26) in her parents' household in the 1850 census.3 She married, as his 1st wife, 25 Feb 1851 at Biddeford (rec. as Hannah J.), her 1st cousin William G/6k Cole, son of William Cole and Polly/5k Brooks.4,5 She died 30 Apr 1860 at Portsmouth, NH, at age 35.2 He married (2) Susan Leavitt Page, and died 7 Jan 1890 at Hampton, NH. She is buried in Eliot.2
