       John Coffin was born 1 Jan 1694/95 at Newbury, MA.1 There he married, 22 Apr 1713, Judith Greenleaf of Newbury.2 "Both came from merchant families which were wealthy and politically dominant in the town at the onset of the Revolution."3 There he died 30 Sep 1762 at age 67.4 There she died 10 Feb 1772.5
