       Joanna (–?–), wife of Samuel/1 Richardson, was admitted to the church at Charlestown, MA 9 Sep 1639.1 He died 23 Mar 1657/58.2 The will of Joanna Richardson, widow of Samuel, 20 Jun 166_, included a bequest to "my daughter [sic] Elizabeth and Mary Mousall."3
     Pope says that Samuel Richardson "with wife Joanna brought suit against John Marble 7 June 1658 [Middlesex Files]." Mentioned in her husband's will, proved 1677.4
