       Isaac/4c Brooks was born 24 Aug 1745 at Wallingford, CT.^2,1 He married, 19 Apr 1775 (Cheshire c.r.), Jemima Wright.^3,2 Their 1790 census household at Bristol included Isaac and one other male over 16, four males under 16, and three females.⁴ He died in 1797 (Bristol c.r.).²
