       John/3 Martin married, 26 Apr 1671 at Swansea, MA, Joan(na) ?Enstance.2 Named in a Rehoboth list of soldiers engaged in the Narragansett Expedition during Philip's War.3 A John Martin, the same?, was buried 2 Jan 1686/87 at Rehoboth.4

       Melatiah/4w Martin Jr. was born 30 Oct 1706 at Rehoboth, MA.1 He married, 17 Apr 1728 at Little Compton, RI, Abigail Sanford, daughter of John Sanford and Content Howland.2 He died at Swansea, MA, 28 Jan 1751/52, at age 45.2
