       Peter/2 Collamer was born 6 May 1671 at Scituate, MA.2 There he married, 8 Nov 1694, Abigail Davis of Roxbury.3 He died 15 Nov 1747 (g.s.) at age 76.4 Buried in First (South) Parish Cemetery, Norwell (formerly South Scituate).4

       Charles/2 Stockbridge was born in England circa 1634.1,2 He sailed at age 1, with his parents, on the Blessing, John Leicester, master, from London to Boston in June, 1635. The family settled at Scituate.3,4 He married, circa 1657, Abigail (–?–).5,6 His father's will, 4 Sep 1657, bequeathed son Charles "my water-mill at Scituate—house, ground and orchard belonging to it."7 He died at Scituate 28 Dec 1683.8 "Lived first in Boston and Charlestown, but after in Scituate…."9
     In 1676, during Philip's War, Charles's house was used as the principal garrison in Scituate. That year, on 21 July, he was assigned land in Scituate valued at seven pounds and seven shillings, apparently in trust for the family of Benjamin Woodworth, brother of his brother-in-law Joseph Woodworth, who had been killed in the war.10
