Sarah Hotchkiss was born 13 Jul 1721 at Wallingford, CT.1 The widow of Austin Bristol, she married (2?), as his 2d wife, Capt. Cornelius/3c Brooks, son of Lt. Thomas/2c Brooks and Martha Hotchkiss.1 He died 25 Dec 1783.1 She died at Hamden 7 Aug 1784 at age 63.2,1

Mehitabel Royce was born 1 Apr 1737 at Wallingford, CT.1 She married (1), 19 Apr 1757 at Farmington, CT, Jesse Bunnell of Farmington, son of Hezekiah Bunnell and Esther Bristol.1 Widowed, she married (2?), as his 2d wife, Henry/3c Brooks, son of Lt. Thomas/2c Brooks and Martha Hotchkiss.1 He removed to Bristol, CT circa 1794, and died 1797.1 She died 23 Feb 1813 (g.s.) at age 75.1 Buried at Claremont, NH.1
