       Benjamin Wright was born 14 Mar 1666/67 at Springfield, MA.1 There he married, 24 Jan 1694/95, Mary/3 Chapin of Springfield, daughter of Henry/2 Chapin and Bethiah/2 Cooley.1,2 There he died 25 Dec 1704 at age 37.1 There she died 13 Jan 1707/8.1 Joseph Wright and Henry Chapin were administrators of their estates.1

       Benjamin/3 Chapin was born 27 Feb 1681/82 at Springfield, MA.1,2 He married (1), 9 Nov 1704, Hannah/3 Colton, daughter of Isaac/2 Colton and Mary/2 Cooper.2 She died 15 Sep 1739.2 He married (2) (int. 27 Sep 1740, Springfield) Joanna/3 Dickinson, daughter of Hezekiah/2 Dickinson and Abigail Blackman, and widow of Ebenezer/3 Warriner.2 He died 27 Mar 1756 (g.s.) at age 74.2 His widow died 31 Oct 1764.2 He is buried with both wives in Chicopee Street Cemetery, Springfield.2

       Dea. John/2 Hitchcock was born in Connecticut circa 1648.1 Of Springfield, MA, there he married, 27 Sep 1666, Hannah/2 Chapin of Springfield, daughter of Dea. Samuel/1 Chapin and Cisely Penney.3,1 Chosen a selectman, 5 Feb 1683.4 In a deed of 28 Jan 1705/6, John Hitchcock was then about 58 years of age.1 He died at Springfield 9 Feb 1711/12.1
