       Abigail/3 Tilden was born 11 Jul 1666 at Scituate, MA.1 Probably the Abigail who married, by 1690, as his 1st wife, Charles/3 Stockbridge Jr. of Scituate, son of Charles/2 Stockbridge and Abigail (–?–).1 (Their siblings Benjamin Stockbridge and Mercy Tilden also married.). She died circa 1710, probably at Scituate.1

       Joshua/4 Randall was born 24 Apr 1710 at Scituate, MA.1 There he married, 21 Jun 1736, Mercy/4 Stockbridge of Hanover, daughter of Charles/3 Stockbridge and Anna/3 Hatch.2,3 By a deed of 3 June 1737, widow Anna Stockbridge and her son-in-law Joshua Randall of Scituate, yeoman, sold to William Stetson of Scituate, cordwainer, for £40, one-half acre in Hanover, with dwelling house, that "is or was part of Charles Stockbridge late of Hanover deceasds Estate."4 Joshua's will, dated 15 Jun 1767, was proved 1 Sep 1776.4
