       Cornet Samuel/3 Fletcher was born 6 Oct 1657 at Concord, MA.1 There he married, 15 Jun 1682, Elizabeth/3 Wheeler of Concord, daughter of Sgt. Thomas/2 Wheeler and Sarah/2 Merriam.2 Admitted freeman of Concord, 21 Mar 1689/90.3 Corporal and cornet of the training band.4 Selectman 1705–07, 1709–13.5 He died at Concord 23 Oct 1744, at age 87.4 There his widow died 26 Oct 1744, three days after her husband.6
