       Richard/2 Stower was born in England circa 1617 (g.s.).1 He was an inhabitant of Charlestown, MA, 1648, and licensed to keep a house of entertainment, 1658.1 He married Joanna (–?–), who was admitted to the church at Charlestown 14 (1) 1652.1 He died at Charlestown 8 [town rec; 10, Wyman] Jul 1693.1 She died his widow 3 Feb 1698.1 See Wyman, 2:911-12 for his estate, will and inventory.1

       Nicholas/1 Stower married, in England, Amy (–?–).1 He was an inhabitant of Charlestown, MA, 1628 or 9.1 Admitted a freeman of Massachusetts Bay, 18 May 1631.2 With his wife was of the church at Charlestown, 1632.1 There he died 17 May 1645.1 His widow died 2 Feb 1667/68.1 See Wyman, 2:911 for his estate and lands.1
